In Grand Theft Auto V, Trevor Philips has three different safehouses that unlock at various points throughout the single-player storyline.

1. Trevor's Trailer

• Location: Zancudo Avenue, Sandy Shores, Blaine County
• Unlocked By: Completing the early story mission Mr. Philips.
• Features: A small, chaotic home base containing a wardrobe for clothes, a bed to save progress, and an outdoor garage that stores up to two vehicles. It serves as his primary rural headquarters.

2. Floyd's Apartment

• Location: 7611 Goma Street, Vespucci Beach, Los Santos 
• Unlocked By: Completing the mission Friends Reunited.
• Features: Trevor takes over this small apartment belonging to Wade's cousin, Floyd, to use as his first city base and planning grounds for heists. It features a save point, a wardrobe, and a garage located at the ground level parking area.
• Availability: This safehouse becomes permanently sealed off by police tape as a crime scene following the dramatic events of the mission Hang Ten.

3. The Vanilla Unicorn Strip Club

• Location: Elgin Avenue, Strawberry, Los Santos
• Unlocked By: Completing the mission Hang Ten.
• Features: After taking over management of the establishment, Trevor uses the back office as his permanent urban operations center. It replaces Floyd's apartment and offers clothing management, a bed to rest/save, and full weapon spawning capabilities inside.
