- Storage: Includes a small side garage capable of storing one car and one motorcycle.
- Availability: Becomes permanently locked and inaccessible after moving to the hills.
2. 3671 Whispymound Drive (Mansion Safehouse)
- Location: Positioned up on Whispymound Drive in the wealthy Vinewood Hills area.
- Unlock Requirement: Lester Crest gifts this property to Franklin automatically after completing the main story mission "The Hotel Assassination".
- Features: A massive, two-story modernist luxury mansion equipped with an infinity pool, hot tub, and a breathtaking panoramic view of the Los Santos skyline.
- Storage: Features a large attached garage that safely stores up to two vehicles.
